产品操作流程：
1、胶水、水性涂料特别是环保胶水和环保水性涂料，在使用前必须在胶水、涂料里面添加1~2%的胶水专用防霉抗菌剂iHeir-JS，以免为细菌提供了营养源，引起微生物的繁殖。
2、密度板、中纤板、木材应该控制湿度，建议将木材的湿度控制在12%以下，产品表面未做油漆处理的，需在产品表面上用毛刷刷上一层竹木防霉抗菌剂iHeir-PT，木材表面有做油漆，在油漆里面添加1-2%的iHeir-YQ油漆专用防霉抗菌剂（环保原因，现在的油漆没有添加任何防腐杀菌药剂），抑止霉菌、细菌等微生物的生长。
3、在成品各个表面放置Dc.odorban防霉贴，包装成品的纸皮、塑料袋应该保持干净整洁，建议将湿度控制在12%以下，包装时将纸皮、塑料袋尽可能的全部包装到工艺制品，使其相对密闭，Dc.odorban防霉贴通过释放抗菌因子在密闭的空间里杀死细菌和抑制细菌生长，使其达到防霉抗菌效果。注：产品依其规格大少进行适当放置Dc.odorban防霉贴数量的增减。在板式家具成品包装袋里面放置H-10防霉干燥包，使其达到降低产品因受潮霉变的风险。
仓库控制
竹编制品及木、藤、芒、葵、草等以及成品不要直接堆在地板上，应使用栈板隔开，且离墙体＞10CM。
材料仓、成品仓应每月进行一次杀菌处理，结合贵司实际情况，首先保持地面的清洁卫生，面料、包材、成品仓开始头三个月每月一次，三个月后每三个月一次进行杀菌处理，用iHeir-Spray杀菌剂5%加到地拖水中拖地一次（注：梅雨季节应每月一次）。材料仓、成品仓库因注意通风，当室外的湿度大于室内湿度，关闭门窗，反之打开门窗，记录湿度、温度变化，如果潮湿季节室内相对湿度≥80%。应安装抽湿设备或加放仓库专用杀菌包，以降低产品受潮霉变的风险。
集装箱结合控制
检查通风孔及密封设施是否完好，是否渗漏变形。
集装箱应该清洁、无油污、无异味，为避免交叉感染。在装柜前30分集装箱内喷杀菌剂iHeir-Spray（每柜500g/支），然后关上集装箱门密闭15分钟，然后打开透气15分钟后再进行装柜。
装货后，为避免海洋运输气候变化引起的（“集装箱雨”）潮气，在集装箱内壁悬挂集装箱防霉棒，每间隔2-3M/条。
