一、皮带发霉原因
皮带的皮料材质蛋白质、油脂、碳水化合物、无机盐等含量丰富。大多数微生物能够分解蛋白质、油脂和碳水化合物，可将蛋白质、油脂、碳水化合物分解为氨基酸、甘油、葡萄糖或半乳糖和其他可被微生物利用的小分子，即有了霉菌生长所需的营养源。
二、具体的皮带防霉处理工艺如下：
1、戴口罩、手套，用毛刷或软毛刷去除产品上明显的霉菌，注意产品的边角、夹缝、缝线等部位要仔细清理；
2、用风筒或者喷枪（不能有水汽）把产品上的霉灰吹掉；
3、将防霉抗菌剂倒入喷枪或喷壶中，调节喷出液体为雾化状态，均匀喷在产品上，发霉的地方重点喷洒。（若不换包装，包装也要喷防霉剂）。因有一定刺激味道，需对着抽风机的位置喷防霉抗菌剂，或者准备一个大电扇于操作者后，对着窗口方向喷；
4、也可以用刷子蘸取防霉抗菌剂，刷在产品上，发霉的地方重点刷，刷防霉剂（味道较小）；
5、根据产品长霉情况，可以再搭配其它防霉产品，如防霉干燥剂、防霉除臭片，以达到更加持久的防霉作用。
