1.防霉原因：

胶鞋发霉的主耍原因是由于布面胶鞋所用的棉布以及海绵中底布，在纺纱织造和加工生产的时候含有油脂、糖类、淀粉、含氮物质等，这些都是霉菌生长时吸收的养料。当气候环境适当时极易引起霉菌生长致使胶鞋生霉。此外，在中底布上徐刷的浆料含有蛋白质、脂肪酸等也为霉菌所需要，这些物质的存在都构成了胶鞋的发霉。

2.防霉措施：

①防止胶鞋在贮存过程中霉变最有效措施是在生产胶鞋时配用一定量的有效防霉剂，可以达到防霉抗菌效果。

②改进包装材料，在包装纸箱的底部垫上防潮纸或涂以防潮物质。

③注意存放时气候的变化，一般是库温20℃以上相对湿度在84%以上时，要密切注意霉菌的发生，及时采取降温、通风、吸湿措施。胶鞋堆码要求离地面30厘米高，并用木板垫起，或在木板上加上一层防潮材料。
