4、受损壁纸最好整体都要更换
若是墙面贴有墙纸，一旦受到湿气的侵扰，应立即更换新的壁纸，这样才不会殃及内里的墙壁受到损害，通常来说，壁纸出现起翘、变形或者变色时，就应进行更换了。
5、使用防霉涂料或者涂料防霉剂
如果墙壁发霉严重，就全部铲掉然后重新粉刷一层防霉涂料，是添加了涂料防霉剂，具有防霉的功能。另外清除干净霉菌的墙壁，可以喷洒涂料防霉剂，能起到防霉的。
