木质框架发霉怎么办？艾浩尔木质框架防霉处理方案。木质框架一般都没有任何表面处理（即喷漆），因此，非常容易吸收空气中的水分，同时容易沉积空气中的灰尘与霉菌孢子，再加上本身含有丰富的营养成分，发霉风险较高。木架一旦发霉，就容易引起外面的面料、皮料发霉，从而影响产品外观，影响客户体验。以下几种方法都可以预防木质框架发霉。
打好木质框架以后，可以在木架上相应位置（对角线原则）订相应数量的防潮剂，具体用量见下表:
具体操作方法：
1 打好木质框架前或者打好框架后，使用专用木材防霉剂对木材进行处理，浸泡、喷涂都可以，使用比例参照木材防霉剂的使用说明书。选用防霉剂的时候应对其防霉能力进行测试，针对所使用的材料有较好效果，测试参照标准：GBT 18261防霉剂防治木材霉菌及蓝变菌的试验方法。
2 对于需要做表面处理的的木质框架，其发霉风险降低，为了达到更好的防霉效果，可以在所使用的处理剂（一般为油漆）里面添加防霉抗菌剂，使用量参照购买防霉抗菌剂的说明资料，测试方法参照：ASTM G21高分子抗真菌性能测试或GBT 1741漆膜耐霉菌测定法。
3 如果木架结合处使用到胶水等化工材料，一定要在胶水里面添加合适的防霉抗菌剂，特别是在使用到白乳胶等水性胶水时，一定要在胶水中添加。因为水性胶水中含有大量营养源，同时也会给产品增加水分。根据我们的经验，80%家具发霉最严重的木质部分都是用过胶水的缝隙处。胶水防霉剂的使用比例参照供应商提供使用说明资料，测试方法参照：AATCC-30纺织面料抗真菌能力测试的评价方法（测试布料用胶水贴合后测试）或者皮革制品抗真菌能力的评价方法（皮革与布料进行贴合后再测试）。
