一、长菌原因
塑料制品因与人的接触，会其表面会残留一些汗液和少量菌源，还有一些塑料制品在使用过程中会接触到大量的水和一些富含营养的物质（塑料砧板等）。当空气湿度较高时，极易滋生细菌。
二、具体的抗菌处理工艺如下：
在塑料粒子基材中添加0.3%-0.5%抗菌剂，混合均匀即可。
注：抗菌剂稳定性好，耐高温，分解温度大于300℃。所以一定要在300℃一下进行加工处理。避免抗菌剂分解失效。
如：水中药剂浓度=5%÷80%，得出为6.25%，实际应稍大于此浓度。
