根据我司防霉工程师至各鞋厂、箱包厂、家具厂等实地现场进行考查，结合艾浩尔系列防霉产品之功效，建议按照以下流程处理，可有效防止生产车间、仓库储存环境免受微生物侵害，使成品鞋、箱包、家具等不会出现霉变的问题，确保您的产品安全运送到国外客人手中。
仓库控制：
1、材料仓、成品仓库应定期检查，仓库摆放物品不要堆在地面上，最好放到物料架进行摆放，应该让所有物料保持干净卫生、整洁，不常用的材料装入PP胶带内，不要裸漏在空气中，塑胶袋上面的灰尘定期打扫干净，降低仓储车间的菌落数。
2、成品、半成品不要直接堆在地板上，应使用栈板隔开，且离墙体＞10CM，不要将物料或材料依靠在墙壁上，物料等材料接触墙壁会带来受潮霉变的风险。
3、成品、半成品堆放需至少预留80cm宽的过道，保持空气流通，不要堵塞过道或堆放成品、半成品过密，以免影响空气对流，造成空气回旋，使其部分区域出现潮汐现象。
3、成品、半成品仓应每月进行一次杀菌处理，首先保持地面的清洁卫生，成品、半成品仓开始头三个月每月一次，三个月后每三个月一次进行杀菌处理，具体操作为：放假前一天进行操作，工人下班后，关闭所有门窗，使其紧闭，然后操作员带上口罩和橡胶手套用iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂均匀喷洒到空气当中，特别是角落和一些阴暗潮湿的地方，然后密闭12-24小时后，再打开门窗透气30分钟，然后进人到仓库里面用iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂5%加到地拖水中拖地一次（注：梅雨季节应每月一次）。
4、回南天特别注意：成品、半成品仓库因注意通风，当室外的湿度大于室
