防霉剂有效预防书架发霉。基本每个家庭都会习惯放置书架存放书籍，但是书架的材质基本都是木质的，容易受潮发霉。
一、发霉原因：
1.木材是天然合成的有机体，其内部含有大量营养成分：淀粉类、糖分、蛋白质、脂肪和蜡质等。再者木材是亲水性材料，材料中大量的空隙（薄壁细胞腔、筛管和导管）是水分、空气的通道。因而在储存、运输和使用过程中，遇到潮湿环境极易容易产生霉变、变色、虫蛀和腐朽。
2 书架书桌本身使用的木材原料湿度一超过12%就有发霉的风险。
3 仓库湿度超标，空气潮湿导致木材受潮。
二、具体的防霉处理工艺如下：
1 木材的防霉处理
1.1 工作液的配制：
将防霉抗菌剂iHeir-JP用溶剂稀释：防霉抗菌剂和溶剂按照1：20稀释，溶剂优选用水，其次用醇类溶剂。
1.2 对于已经切割好的木片进行浸没处理：
将木材浸没防霉抗菌剂工作液中，时间为30 s；如果木片在组装后还需要雕刻等破坏表面的处理，根据处理深度相应的增加浸泡时间，让药液浸透到雕刻的深度。
1.3 干燥处理：
取出的木材烘干，或者自然晾干。待完全干透后进行下一步操作。
2 成品的防霉处理
2.1 使用防霉剂iHeir-PT，直接喷洒在木雕表面，喷洒量为18到20g/m2。
