春天时的回南天墙壁和地板都会出水，其实跟海雾产生的原理很相似。温暖潮湿的海洋气流，从较暖海面流经较凉的海面，空气中的水汽遇冷凝结成雾滴，在空中积聚便形成雾。如果气流经过的海面温差大，则成雾的机会亦较大。同样地，受冬季寒冷天气影响，墙壁和地板的表里都冷了。如果这时温暖潮湿的空气流过墙壁和地板，空气中的水份遇冷凝结成水滴，附在墙壁和地板上，便好像是墙壁和地板渗出水来了。
2.回南天形成主要有以下两个条件：
2.1、有长时间的低温，日平均气象低于12℃至少要持续3天以上。
2.2、有天气突变，长时间低温后要突然变得暖湿。
3.墙壁发霉的防治措施：
首先，要有防霉的意识，很多时候并不是我们不舍得去花防霉的钱，而是并没有想到我们有防霉的必要，直到看见家具墙壁出现霉斑才会想到处理，但是这个时候的处理成本就大了，而且不一定能处理的好，多多少少会对家具或墙壁造成损伤，所以，本文为大家说明了我们什么时候需要防霉，怎样防霉。
1、在天气潮湿期间，尽量少开窗。此外，尽量使墙壁干爽，在潮湿天气可借助抽湿机、冷气机、风扇，吸走墙体上的水分。 一旦墙体或家具有水汽出现，就应该立即用干抹布擦除。
2、当墙体已出现霉斑时，可先采用(干)牙刷将霉渍刷走，再用软布蘸酒精轻轻抹擦，这样可以使墙壁干燥， 阻止霉菌滋生。
3、采用防霉抗菌剂iHeir-Spray,预防各种物品发霉。
