一、发霉原因

礼品盒包装盒发霉主要是以下几种原因引起发霉的：

1、仓库湿度超标，空气潮湿导致彩盒受潮；

2、裱纸时用的粉胶，这种胶里面有大量的淀粉、蛋白质，这些都是霉菌生所需要的丰富营养物质来源，为霉菌带来了生长条件，所以导致盒子发霉的风险大；

3.本身礼品盒包装盒的纸材湿度一超过13%就有发霉的风险；

二、具体的防霉处理工艺如下：

1、纸材应保持干净、卫生。车间周转箱内的物料应该保持干净整洁，建议当天不在使用的原物料的周转箱上面用布或者塑料薄膜进行覆盖，遮挡灰尘，生产出来的半成品不要放在地面上，用栈板或者物料架进行隔离摆放。

2、控制纸材、纸箱等包装材料的湿度在13度以下，长时间不用的材料，用塑胶薄膜缠绕遮挡灰尘防潮，（海关验收标准在12%以下，超过12%就有发霉的风险）。

3、胶水特别是环保动物胶，在使用前必须在动物胶里面添加1%-2%的iHeir-JS胶水防霉剂，解决因裱纸胶水导致礼品盒包装盒发霉的问题。

4、在礼品盒包装盒纸箱内放置适量的防霉干燥剂，包装成品的内盒和外箱应该保持干净整洁，防霉干燥剂不仅可以吸附水分自生重量3倍。或放几片防霉除臭片。可触发防霉成分在相对密闭的空间里杀死霉菌和抑制霉菌的生长，从而达到防霉的效果。
