一、发霉原因
因人体运动的大量排汗导致运动器材长期处于水分充足的状态，汗液中的无机盐，运动健身器材本身的纤维素和蛋白质等都会给微生物的生长提供营养源。
具体的防霉处理工艺如下：
1为效果到达最佳，做防霉处理前，需要处理的原料最好是表面干净，无易脱落的物质，无其它污物，织物掉纤率必须小于等于1.5%，建议通过AATCC97进行测试。
2 工作液的准备
使用防霉抗菌剂iHeir-BJ
使用纺织防霉抗菌剂iHeir-BJ，吸收药剂比例为3%。即97公斤水需加入不少于3公斤的防霉抗菌剂。
3 加工步骤
①将纺织物浸过工作液。
②压轧掉多余工作液，或采用脱水的方式进行。
③烘干(温度120℃-180℃，具体温度、时间由产品和工艺流程决定)。
